Putting the customer at the center — refresher round!
How our company refreshes on customer-centric values and actions

All of our customer-facing employees spent an entire week in Paris a few months ago for a Customer Centric Selling workshop.
Customers are at the center of everything we do. It’s all about understanding what they need and how we create value for them. So it’s important that our employees have the proper training.
Now we are all scattered, 100% working from our homes as all our offices are in areas with shelter-in-place restrictions. The trust we have built with our customers, prospects, partners and our whole ecosystem sustains us and them while we continue working together in new and different — but not really new and different — ways.
The week-long training was exhausting, energizing, useful…and colorful. Ah, back in the days when we could socialize closer! We’re looking forward to that again someday soon.
